I’m Rob Muldoon I’m a bricklayer and I live in a small town called Macclesfield. I have been a bricklayer for 25 years now and I have fallen in and out of love with it. I now work full time on raising awareness around mental health and well-being in construction . I'm a farther to 3 amazing boys and two dogs.
I came up with the idea of the podcast, a platform for people that work in any sector of the construction industry. They could come and listen and get information and hear real lived events from people with in the industry. I hope the podcast gives people hope and let’s them know they are not alone in this and no matter how dark it feels it ALWAYS!!! gets better.

When I started to look for help, I soon realised that there isn’t much help for people in the construction to get the help they need or want.
Writing doesn’t come easy to me, I struggle with it, and it was one of the main reasons I became a bricklayer. But i am writing this to let other people that work in the construction industry know it can get better. You don't have to do it all on your own.

I now go and deliver talks on construction sites up and down the country letting others know this! Over the past 3 years i have spoken to nearly 30K construction workers as part of the lighthouse charity #makeitvisible team as well as my own work.
i hope if you are reading this you now understand you are not alone!
